WIMTI December Class Presentations (14/12/23)
In keeping with its tradition and in a bid to end the year on a positive note, the Women in Mining (Nigeria) Training Institute (WIMTI) held its class for December 2023 on Thursday, 14th. Adopting the theme; “16 Days of Activism: A Sensitisation Event on Gender Violence”, it featured two key speakers, Mrs Foluke Ademokun, a Gender Advocate and Coordinator of Women in Mining Nigeria (Lagos Chapter), and Dr. Raulatu Piwuna, a Geology Lecturer and Secretary of the Plateau State Chapter of Women in Mining Nigeria.
It was an evening of intelligent interplay of ideas, propositions, and solutions-based deliberations.
