Women in Mining Nigeria through its Training Institute (WIMTI) is set to hold its 6th Digital Training Series. WIMIN believes that one major way of reaching out to individuals to fully grasp the concept and technicalities involved in mining is through capacity building and knowledge sharing. The 6th edition of the WIMTI class which shall hold tomorrow 20th January, 2022 by 4pm (WAT) shall have in attendance participants drawn from the mining sector in and outside Nigeria.
The training shall have two sessions; the first session is titled "Gold Prospecting methods and the Market Potentials by Prof. Ibrahim Garba FNMGS, FAS while the second session is titled "Value Chain Integration as a Panacea for Rapid Economic Development by Prof. Jonathan Aremu.
A statement released by the study coordinator of WIMTI Barr. Mrs. Doris Aidighie promised that the training shall be an eye-opener to members of the public interested in knowing about the value chain in the Mining sector and also solid mineral trading.
